RB/RS combines Russell Built’s proven Safari engineering with Road Scholars world-class assembly, finishing, and restoration expertise. The result is a cohesive, highly capable Safari build with refined fit, finish, and detail—executed to a level that industry experts immediately recognize.
This collaboration allows our team to step outside the constraints of historical restoration and create something bold and purpose-driven, while still applying the same obsessive attention to quality.

Every Numbered RB/RS Safari Build Features: ‍ The Sportsman Safari Package
The Sportsman Package features 100 specialized components and is based on the proven NORRA Class II 500 race-winning suspension system. This design corrects the negative geometry often associated with lifted 911s, delivering superior handling and serious off-road performance.
The RB/RS can be specified with either carbon fiber or steel wheel flares. Additional features include custom carbon fiber bumpers, tubular bumper guards, two different wheel options, carbon fiber roof rack, skid plates, axles, CV joints, brakes, roll bar, fog lights, and a range of other accessories. ‍ Road Scholars Execution
- Custom Paint: Full paint-to-sample options using Glasurit 55 Lino, finished to concours-level standards. - Interior Overhaul: Complete customization of interior materials and colors, including bespoke gauges and hand-stitched detailing. Your imagination sets the limit. - Custom Fabrication: From 959-style through-the-hood fuel fillers to sunroof deletes, we deliver unique fabrication details that make your RB/RS truly distinctive. - Precision Assembly: Expert integration and assembly of all components to ensure flawless fit and finish.
