This is the definition of a great restoration project: It’s rare, 98% complete, and very solid! This 1966 is one we stashed away many years ago. Completed on 12-20-1965 and shipped on 2-20-1966 this is a early-1966 production model with a few very rare features and option. The car left the factory – with specially-ordered Silver Metallic exterior and a red leather interior – headed to Brumos Motors in Jacksonville, Florida. Those hot Florida summers meant the only way to cool off was an electric sunroof, which was a truly rare option on an early car. This car runs great and is exceptionally solid.
